Born and raised in small town texas, Roo is striving to be a artist and aurther. She is writeing her first book and has yet to have it published. She was raised by her mom and step dad who inspired her and tought her creativity.
Homeschooled by her grandma and mom from forth grade till ninth.
She took up draw at a younge age and photography once she was ten, following her sister's foot steps.
